Affordable Housing- Home Sales Booming Post Lock down

Delhi/NCR: In a sign that could signal the beginning of a recovery in the real estate market especially in affordable housing market and mid income segment post lock down. Affordable housing market continued to be the mainstay of demand as the contribution of this segment to the overall sales in tier 1 cities including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune Hyderabad Chennai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.

 New launches are driving sales in affordable segment across the Delhi-NCR. Mostly mid-income and affordable housing are leading the sales. Recently few new launches has been sold entirely in less than a month. Lower home loan rate, PMAY subsidy scheme and necessary impetus by the government to the affordable housing is playing crucial role at this juncture.

 As the prospective buyers stay away due to lock down/COVID, Delhi based RERA certified realtor Elite Fore Realty OPC Pvt Ltd has sold more than 80 units in affordable housing segment till date said Mr. Vikash Choudhary AGM-Sales of Elite Fore Realty. He also added that this trend will continue as there are lots of buyers in the market who is looking for best house under their desired budget and fortunately Team Elite has been successful in fulfilling their dreams.

The national capital is set to get a state-of-the-art convention centre on the lines of the ones in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore for hosting exhibitions, trade fairs and summits of international standards.
